It would be helpful to provide some additional clarity or a picture showing where the drop and lock boxes are- because of where the trucks are parked, "front of the building" reads as near the highway in the office park, not at the looped driveway by the rear building. Fortunately, friendly staff were present and helped us locate the drop boxes.

CAREN CWhen I got there to pick up the trailer, it didn’t have the seven way plug. It had the four away and they had no adapters there so I had to purchase an adapter for $18 when I had one at home other than that.
