I had a very unpleasant experience at this U-Haul location. An older gentleman named Carl, or something similar, inserted himself into an interaction he wasn’t even involved in and was extremely rude and aggressive toward me. His attitude was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. What made it worse was that he didn’t seem to know what he was doing, yet was speaking to me in an overly confident and confrontational manner. I was simply trying to get through the process and instead was met with an attitude that made the experience unnecessarily stressful. Customer service should be about being helpful and respectful, especially when someone is already dealing with the stress of moving. I would strongly recommend management address the way customers are being spoken to at this location. The younger guy who actually processed my check out was very nice.

Thomas DThe service at the pick up location was excellent, and the vehicle was clean, but the air conditioning unit was defective, and the air distribution control was broken, making the entire trip miserably hot, except very early in the day, before outdoor temperatures rose.

Cal BThe location was fine. I was uncomfortable leaving the truck in this location with the back unlocked. There were some people collecting trash outside of the location. Since it was after hours, they could have opened the back and taken the dollys/blankets if they had wanted to.
