The service at the pick up location was excellent, and the vehicle was clean, but the air conditioning unit was defective, and the air distribution control was broken, making the entire trip miserably hot, except very early in the day, before outdoor temperatures rose.

Cal BThe location was fine. I was uncomfortable leaving the truck in this location with the back unlocked. There were some people collecting trash outside of the location. Since it was after hours, they could have opened the back and taken the dollys/blankets if they had wanted to.
Nicolai PA little difficult to find the exact location of the office building to drop off using listed address with gps as it puts you inside the storage facility itself which is a maze of large storage bays. We had to call the office to get directed to where to go. The office staff were very helpful though.
