I dropped off trailer two days early but it was never checked in at return site. Had to make a second trip to get it straight. Otherwise, very nice staff.

Tires were out of balance and over 70 psi in each tire . Tire max press is 65. Trailer bounced down the ride…. Terrible pulling experience.
Richard FThe trailer had a bad tire and a light out. The location was notified and all they said was to call roadside assistance. Worst experience ever and I will not use U-Haul again.
ZACHARY MThe drop of location was in convenient no place to park the truck a car dolly. I had to park it on the street. The guy tried to tell me to pull the truck around to the lot across the street. I told him to donit himself. I was already inconvenienced enough. The guy was nice. Maybe rating this location with a generous C.
