Dropped trailer off after hours so I did not have any contact with anyone. An area of difficulty was determining where to drop off the trailer. I could not see a sign stating ASAP Storage just ASAP Garage. There was UHaul equipment stored all over the area and had to walk around and just assume I was dropping the trailer in the right place.

DON Mwas very impressed with uhaul. I was in Ky with vehicle trailer when I had a flat. 45 minutes later after call a person was there to replace tire. was a big surprise they responded so quickly
NOEL GThe employee at the service center insulated my mother. The truck cargo area was disgusting with dried mud and what appeared to be cat vomit. The cargo door was rusted and barley went up and down. The truck tire has nails in them. I ordered two dozen blankets and they said they didn't have any. On a Wednesday!!! Then my credit card was charged $10 more than the receipt showed. Overall this was a horrible and unprofessional experience. Poor service !
