The mobile pick-up was a bit confusing as the code wasn’t working. Thank god Jay was there to assist us. We were able to quickly pick up the truck right after his help. Having someone there like Jay to assist with pick up and drop off really helps. I was late bringing the truck back and I feel really bad that Jay got in trouble for my mishap. Moving is very stressful and I appreciate that Jay was so understanding and kind.

There was no proper signs where to drops of or contact info, its just a parking lot all the way back while the drop off is at the front with minimal signs and its very easy to miss it off.
