I requested equipment to have with my truck. The truck I received had no equipment. That's a problem. Secondly, I was placed at this location (it was not my initial booking) and was told that I could use the U-haul app and website to complete self-check-in for my rental. Neither of these options worked, and it required an extensive amount of time on the phone with agents to complete my truck pickup.

Drop off location changed from original location, not very convenient as the original was 5min away and it increased to 20 min away. Drop off was very pleasant just not as close as I had requested.
