Dirty on inside from previous user. Then got charged for fuel when it wasn't on half a tank when I got the unit. Location said take it up with UHAUL. Well UHAUL isn't the one who checked unit in.

The system was down, so they checked other stores, all of their own computers and finally called their help line to get the truck manually dispatched. They walked to the truck with me to ensure all was in decent shape.
