I do not like how the process is conducted at this location. I had to speak to the owner using his employees cell phone because they are not allowed to process the transactions, only he can, and he does it remotely.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey were great to deal with
David HThe driver side mirror was broken and held together with masking tape. The brakes were worn real bad.
Darrell SThe gentleman was nice and helpful.
Sue MYou could not tell the location was uhaul. The owners are from India and had very heavy accents which made it hard to understand them. They were very nice just a little difficult to understand. The location is so small I don’t see how they could ever have more than 2 or 3 rentals.
