Very pleased. I had a house in Wichita Falls before moving to Rockport, Texas. I have a storage locker that I have to move items out of. A smooth trip with Uhaul.
Daniel FMan was friendly and polite but took way too long to get it picked up since I had already done the reservation online. Not his fault but was going to be charged a $60 deposit on a major credit card. He called U-Haul and the lady was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. I told him to just hang up and I would pay the deposit so I could get moving. When he ran it again the deposit had disappeared.
