The agent here was helpful and expressed sympathy for the trouble I had on the pick up end. I informed him that the truck box leaked in the front and he said he would notify maintenance.

Someone had slept in the back of the unit and left urine and dirty clothes in it. We didn't see it until we arrived to begin loading.
Peter LThis location is very sketchy..bars on the windows, too many other things to take attendants attention(this was a convenience store/gas station that sold everything from groceries and snacks to insurance of all sorts) very unprofessional setting. Will refuse to pick up truck here next time
CRAIG WMy rental was NOT at this location! It was somewhere downtown. I had to call that place to find out because the poor man at this location listed had no idea what I was talking about. And he didnt have the 15’ option I had reserved.
