The information I gave them about my address was not the same as the information on the message they sent me. This was the second location I had to go to in order to get the truck I needed.

This was not the location I chose for a pickup. This place was tiny, nasty and surrounded by about 50-75 homeless and drug addicts. They were literally squatting around the rental truck I was picking up. They had food and other items thrown over the truck. The place didn’t have the blankets I ordered. U-Haul should be ashamed to have vehicles at this disgusting place. I will not do business with U-Haul again before I let them send me someplace I’m not familiar with.
Michael WThere needs to be better signage. I didn't know it was a U-Haul drop-off center. The worker was very polite and everything was simple, but identifying the place was difficult. Especially since I'm not from here.
