This was the second drop off location we visited. The one initially assigned, Abe’s Mini Storage, wouldn’t take the trailer because “we don’t accept trailers”. Might want to get that straightened out in your system.

Donald DU-haul should exit the rental buisness. i rented a mid sized truck and reserved it over a month before the rental kicked in, because of the discount program they were running.I had the truck for 3 days and drove it less than 10 miles and was charged over $230 for the rental. The math did not add up on the reciept and I might not have a choice in the future, but I will do everything I can to avoid renting from U-haul again.
