Absolutely NOTHING that could be done more! Diane had made a PERFECT mark, stress-free, hassle free and a BREEZE to get a reservation to renting the truck definitely will be back and RECOMMENDING FOR OTHERS. it a breeze for moving into my new home! Janice RI have rented from this location a few times and they are always too busy to help you quickly. They have too many responsibilities on this employee in addition to U-Haul. Next time I will try to do the self pickup to avoid the keys, tools, packing supplies and boxes customer line. They are overwhelmed at this desk
