The check out process took 25 minutes because the location had to call some central office that took forever to check us out.

Stanley CThe people at Action Event & Rent saved me for the second time. They are great and a pleasure to deal with every time. They had a truck I could use after U-haul corporate gave away my reservation. I am much less happy with my U-Haul (corporate) experience. For the second time you moved my pick up location to somewhere less convenient than I requested and the location was unmanned and there were problems with the rental.
Philip FOverall experience was mediocre, returning the lock into a yellow crate did not feel secure after sitting in the driver seat and seeing a note saying that I would be charged $150 if the lock was missing
