The back of the van had a terrible stench to it. Upon my arrival to take van back, I had questioned the total costs. When it was discovered that I was being charged for 2 days instead of one. I then said I will keep the van another day since im being charged. The rep then told me it was too late because she had already ran my card. I advised her that I did not give her permission to run my card as I was still questioning the price. Either I will dispute these charges with my credit card or UHaul needs to refund the additional charges.
