4pm on a Monday and nobody was present to assist with the return. I placed the keys in the drop box and left. The next day I received an additional change for $18 on my credit card - $10 “cleaning fee” and $8 “damage” fee. The truck was clean and there was no damage.
KENNETH SThe locking mechanism and hasp for the rear gate need better maintenance for both the truck operator and the cars and people in the motoring community including pedestrians. To be better maintained for ease of use and safety for all. The mechanism was extremely difficult to open or close properly.

ROSS DEquipment was not onsite. Lot was not well maintained., difficult to get in and out of and no parking. Had to hookup the trailer myself after waiting for it to be brought onsite.
