I turned that U-Haul in 2 & 1/2 hours after picking it up and you guys took an extra 134 out of my bank account I did not return it today 3/1/2026 at 8:54 am I returned it on February 28th, 2026 at 5:59pm please pull the camera footage !! I would like my money back , every last pretty penny !!

MANUEL Z4pm on a Monday and nobody was present to assist with the return. I placed the keys in the drop box and left. The next day I received an additional change for $18 on my credit card - $10 “cleaning fee” and $8 “damage” fee. The truck was clean and there was no damage.
KENNETH SThe locking mechanism and hasp for the rear gate need better maintenance for both the truck operator and the cars and people in the motoring community including pedestrians. To be better maintained for ease of use and safety for all. The mechanism was extremely difficult to open or close properly.
