THIS LOCATION WAS GREAT. THE PERSON WHO HELPED ME WAS GREAT. I DO WISH HOWEVER U HAUL HAD CONTACTED ME AT ANY POINT TO TELL TME THAT MY RESERVATION HAD GOTTEN MOVED TO ANOTHER LOCATION. I RENTED AN AUTO HAULER AND WAS ABLE TO LOAD THE CAR I WAS TRYING TO LOAD, BUT I WAS TRYING TO RENT THE TOY HAULER. THEY DIDNT HAVE ONE, WHICH IS FINE. HOWEVER I ONLY FOUND OUT THAT MY RESERVATION HAD MOVED TO ANOTHER LOCATION WHEN I HAD ARRIVED TO PICK UP THE TRAILER. AGAIN, THIS LOCATION WAS GREAT. THE COMUNICATION FROM U HAUL ABOUT MY RESERVATION MOVING IS MWHERE MY FRUSTRATION IS.
