The building where the rentals are located was unoccupied, and there is insufficient signage at the pick up location to know where to go for assistance. Upon inspection of the rental, the furniture blankets that I reserved were not available and I was not notified in advance. That resulted in me spending $120 on drop cloths to protect my furniture. I had to contact U-Haul representatives 4 times to get a proper refund.
