Van was dirty in back and had supplies from last renter in it. I had to take the stuff out to load my stuff then put it all back again. Store was not open as listed the only way I got my van was I met a guy in the parking lot that had a phone number. I called the number and they gave me the code to a lock box. ( the code was HOOD) which was fitting. Guy on phone was kind and helpful

Your company screwed me. After I RESERVED a 26' truck, you had NONE available. I wrote an e-mail to support@uhaul, and it has been more than a week and that too has been ignored. PLEASE FIX THE WRONG YOU HAVE DONE.
Jennifer HThe cab was muddy and had sticky drink spills on center console. The truck had issues with the TCS so cruise control was unreliable. However, they did have the truck ready on-time and with all ordered pads and dolly.
DAVID HStayed a few minutes after closing time and helped us get the trailer parked. They were extremely helpful.
