The truck definitely needs maintenance work done to it! Also I am definitely displeased with UHaul overall due to the fact I booked online at another location to pick up a U-Haul and couldn't (website was down and was unable to unlock lockbox to get the key) help desk had to help me find another location which made us much later when moving out items

Alfredo T.The owner of this business was very rude and outright mean to me. He said “I don't care what you tell UHaul about me, this is my business. I don't even need to rent these trucks and that if I didn't like it, go rent a truck somewhere else.†He stated that he never spoke to a representative at the Raleigh, NC traffic office on 3/30/22 about setting up my reservation for 24/7 pickup. I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes at the location waiting for him to open because the keys weren't place in the lock box for online pickup which was informed to me on 3/30-22 from the Raleigh traffic office. I have never been treated so rudely by any business in my life and I'm 56 years old.
