I was told to call a number bc there was a problem with the drop off location. I was told I had to drive a minimum of 1hr 20 mi in each direction to drop it off due to locations being full. This was unacceptable. I called my local place and they siad that was not true. I spent 20 minutes asking about various locations around me and was told no. The person I spoke to was not helpful at all and not sympathetic to the situation. The number I called was 210-731-2805-- terrible!!! Thank goodness I called my local place and htey allowed me to return it and make it right. Also, The lady on the phone gave me a discount and then took it away.
