Benjamin AMy issue is not with the place I picked it up, my issue is having a reservation in place to pick it up at a different location. Uhaul called the day before to tell me they didn’t have a truck for me. Had to search for a different location. If someone has a reservation, that needs to be honored and not make people have to search for a different location.
Tracey MKenny was very helpful and pleasant. We were in and out of there within 20 minutes and he treated me with kindness and respect.
