I returned the vehicle early, I'm still waiting on my card to be charged the final amount, and the hold removed.

This place is right along W. Lexington Ave. If you use Uhaul directions it will take you past it. It is very easy to find. I went inside the pawnshop too check out, but you can use online checkout if you don’t wanna go inside. Very friendly staff and helpful.
Gary SThey are crooks here. They tried to over charge me by $200. Without saying anything they tried to run my card with me standing right in front of them. Thankfully my card did not have the amount they tried to charge. Reservation was for $726 they tried to charge me over $900 and claimed it was insurance. The insurance for this rental would have only been $75 not $200 and that was after I told them I did not want their insurance that I had my own.
David YI placed an order online for a 15ft truck for a location that didn't have a 15ft truck in stock. Also, the insurance level I selected wasn't available at payout and I was forced to pay for the higher premium plan. I had no issue with the pawn shop where I rented a truck from, but the online services for Uhaul are definitely lacking.
