I would NOT recommend UHAUL. I made a reservation for a 15' truck 5 days in advance. The morning of? NO truck. I wasn't even in their system although I specifically chose this location. They had to call you. Then you said you had one in Lexington and I had to go there. NO. I'm not getting charged to drive 30 miles to get a truck YOU were responsible to get to the location I chose. So then you give me a huge 26' for same cost. Fine. I drove it ONLY 6.8 miles (as in less than 7 total), but then you charged me $15 for gas fee!!! I contested it as the truck gauge was faulty- or it was because it was parked on a slight hill when i got it, but then parked it on flat ground. I was refunded that gas fee. Uhaul is not what it used to be. Every time I try to use you anymore, there are major issues like this!
Precious Hu-haul door was messed up and didn’t close properly i wasn’t able to pick up or drop off the U-Haul at the location needed
