I wasn't able to take photos of the truck. I had to park it somewhere else, then take the photos because the truck was parked tightly between other U-Haul trucks. We are not supposed to move the truck until we have taken photos of it but there was no one around who could move it for me. There were no issues with renting the truck. That part of it was smooth but the location is not a U-Haul a traditional store. The U-Haul spot is inside of a gas station. I was totally confused when I walked in. Lol!

TRAVIS MThe process of return seemed very lax in security compared to the excessive security used at check-in. I was basically told that I was done when I handed the keys over to the employee. I didn't have to take pictures of the returned vehicle, which I had to do when I picked it up. How do you know the condition after use without pictures? I took my own pictures and checked the gas gauge. The employee finished the check-out quickly and I received an email confirmation seconds later. This was a much simpler process than picking up.
