There were issues during pickup of the equipment. My reservation amount for the trailer was $34.95. When I arrived at the pickup location, the amount was significantly higher ($69.00). The attendant at the store was his first day on the job and he uncertain about the difference in pricing. So he ended up calling his manager who rectified the issue. When I returned the trailer, I was charged a $15.00 cleaning fee which was NOT included in my reservation and the trailer was clean not needing any cleaning whatsoever. The financial portion of the transaction was not pleasant at all!

Trailer has grass clippings, but not a deal breaker. The online process did not work. It kept timing out while taking pictures before leaving lot. I always take pictures for my records in case there was damage before rental. Overall trailer did what it was mentioned to do.
DEAN TThe truck was very dirty. The mats in the cab were caked in dirt, and the dash was covered in grime. The back interior of the truck was also dirty. The gas was not full to where it was supposed to be either. It was clear that nobody had checked this truck after it was returned to prepare for the next rented. It was very disappointing and just overall extremely dirty.

BRIAN HD&S automotive I would recommend. However I had the rental to the 4th and picked it up on the 1st, returning it on the 2nd in perfect condition with more gas then the gave me here in Virginia. The person behind the counter didn't go outside to check the truck in instead they told me they would do it later,then are trying to charge me for the the extra 2 days. I called the place here in Virginia yesterday and was told they would look at the cameras and call me back. NO Call back was received.Still waiting on my money back otherwise calling an attorney.Completely unacceptable if the would have just went outside and che ked it in when I returned it instead of saying they would do it later they could of closed it out right then and there issuing a refund of the unused days and extra gas but nope.
