Truck we rented had 1 headlight out and the other headlight only lite up the side of the road so we could see where the white line was. It was dirty in the back and no ramp for it so we could load anything we would of had to use ramps for.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location was convenient and the store manager was polite and helpful. The truck should have been a little better maintained. The right headlight didn't work, the tire pressure monitoring system needs maintenance light was on, and the dome light in the cab was out. The inside of the truck was also dirty and hadn't been swept. Overall, the truck got the job done and I was satisfied.
William MEverything was great. The person behind the counter at this location was even greater..I came in under alot of stress and not having a good day, but he was very calm, kind and understanding.

mike tDidn't have the type of dolly we had reserved (we received and appliance dolly when we reserved a regular dolly). Person helping us failed to successfully add my wife as a driver, which was a drag since we were driving cross-country.
