The location was convenient and the store manager was polite and helpful. The truck should have been a little better maintained. The right headlight didn't work, the tire pressure monitoring system needs maintenance light was on, and the dome light in the cab was out. The inside of the truck was also dirty and hadn't been swept. Overall, the truck got the job done and I was satisfied.

mike tDidn't have the type of dolly we had reserved (we received and appliance dolly when we reserved a regular dolly). Person helping us failed to successfully add my wife as a driver, which was a drag since we were driving cross-country.
