The process of return seemed very lax in security compared to the excessive security used at check-in. I was basically told that I was done when I handed the keys over to the employee. I didn't have to take pictures of the returned vehicle, which I had to do when I picked it up. How do you know the condition after use without pictures? I took my own pictures and checked the gas gauge. The employee finished the check-out quickly and I received an email confirmation seconds later. This was a much simpler process than picking up.
