I waited in total 6hrs from the time I called and told you I was broke down(the starter went) in Dartmouth, ns and I live 50 mins away in windsor ns, waiting iin your truck in minas 12 degree weather. To finally make it home at 1:00am..... The truck was supposed to be back at six pm. The people I talked to on the phone were very friendly and very nice. But that didn't change the fact that I was wearing steel towed boots sitting in your trocket in that temperature. I was frozen. And there is no need of me having to wait that long. You guys need to have better emergency scenarios. Put in place.

All was good. Equipment size was perfect. Lady who rented unit was very friendly and helpful. Also gent who was there when we returned it was very friendly. Overall excellent.
MICHAEL EMy reservation was originally for Monday December 8th at 10am. There was a moderate snowstorm that morning. I called the location at 8am to confirm my truck would be available. No one answered either phone number listed. I tried calling for an hour, then contacted Uhaul to change my reservation to Tuesday Dec 9th at 10am. When I went to pick it up on the 9th, the person working informed me that the owner had told staff not to come in until 1pm. No one bothered to inform the customer with a reservation (me) that no one would be around to process the order. If I hadn't taken the time to check before driving to the location, it would have been a complete waste of my time. The owner/staff need to do a better job of communicating with customers when hours of operation are changed.
Andrew RThe clerks at the garage were helpful. The tires on the truck had little tread and considering it winter, it wasn’t really safe during on icy roads. There wasn’t any windshield washer fluid It would make the truck return so much simpler if the tank was full, upon pick up so that one would know to have it full upon return. I was relieved when the rental was finally confirmed
