The clerks at the garage were helpful. The tires on the truck had little tread and considering it winter, it wasn’t really safe during on icy roads. There wasn’t any windshield washer fluid It would make the truck return so much simpler if the tank was full, upon pick up so that one would know to have it full upon return. I was relieved when the rental was finally confirmed

Younger staff so less interested in customer service. Establishment needs a face lift! It was a success however port Hastings location was so much happier to deal with !
SAMANTHA MOverall my experience was good. Not being particularly tech savvy, it was a bit confusing uploading the first (Rear) photo for the phone app as I wasn't sure what I was doing. However, the vehicle was returned before the intended time and no issues with the mechanics of the vehicle. Will not be hesitant to use this location again. Thank you ~
Barbara BGood Day, I picked up the unit in Windsor NS and they unit was filthy. Someone had used it for hauling wood and was full of dust and debris. I have pictures that I would like to share with you so please contact me so I can forward them to you. I believe it is the responsibility of the Windsor Agent to have inspected and cleaned the unit prior to my pick up. Very disappointing. Marc Boesener
