Information was submitted incorrectly by representative. I was supposed to drop trailer off in Cambridge NS, instead I had to drive 45 minutes each way out of my way to return this to Windsor. I called uhaul scheduling and the essentially told Mr "too bad. Do it or get charged". Thus after traveling 5.5 hours that day. Really poor experience.

I would recommend the location as the staff are very polite, BUT having only one staff member to service the gas pumps AND U-HAUL customers is extremely inconvenient for both sets of customer plus the staff. The equipment was clean but Not well maintained. I thought the whole steering assembly was going to fall out with every turn we made. In this respect U-HAUL lives up to the consumer reports of being the least safe vehicles on the road. Also $1.56/mile is an extremely high cost considering the price of gas in Canada and the fact that your rental trucks/vans are scary to drive.

Tia MUnfortunately the equipment that we ordered was not returned on time. There was no offer of accomodation/discount for our troubles unless we wanted to drive an hour out of our way! We reserved an enclosed trailer - it was forecasted to rain - and were only offered an open trailer. I would expect a discount at the least for our major inconvenience.
