The guy at the location was not any help at all when trying to book but the guy on the u haul site was excellent!

Unfortunately the equipment that we ordered was not returned on time. There was no offer of accomodation/discount for our troubles unless we wanted to drive an hour out of our way! We reserved an enclosed trailer - it was forecasted to rain - and were only offered an open trailer. I would expect a discount at the least for our major inconvenience.
Janna WSensor for the tire air pressure was off because the nice man came out to check it. The dash said 'Low Pressure' but the gauge on the air pressure nozzle said 'Too high'. I presume it was the truck sensor. Also engine light was on. I wasn't worried but never a nice thing and I did not have any issues. Truck really sounded like it could do with a maintenance check for sure at 85000 miles. Cab was clean as was the outside as you would expect when renting a U-Haul. The employee was very helpful and had a lot on his plate, so really he is the 'Above average' star, otherwise -average.
