The truck was in great shape. Only complaint is that there were muddy footprints on the ramp and inside the box of the truck.
Shelly KThere were no directions as to where the boxes were located, nor how to get to the trucks themselves. So it took me over 30 Mins to find the key lock compartment after being on hold for 10’mins with the help line.
Abbi CApp took 45 minutes for approval and pickup. I was overcharged by approximately $87 due to inaccurate mileage tracking.
