Pamela RThis was by far our worst moving experience ever. I only selected one star because I had to. As if moving isn’t stressful enough we had to drive 100 miles round trip to pick the U-Haul up from a different location than we reserved. The person running that place had not left the keys in the U-Haul for it mobile pickup so we had to wait an additional 25 minutes for him to get there. 30 minutes after picking it up they called to say we would have to drive another 100 miles to drop it off. Again at a different location than previously reserved. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.
