Ismael MThe drop of location was closed. I got there just before 430pm. The kinks were hard to use. I had to make multiple calls to get help. The first call was fast and very helpful and polite. The website didn't want to work. The second call took forever to get a person then the lady noticed my state and transferred me and it hung up on me. The last call took much longer and the lady acted as if helping me was a major inconvenience. All and all I spent over an hour and half just trying to drop it off safely. I have used the drop off location before and it was a good experience. I feel strongly that is I didn't have to call in it would have been smooth and fast.
