Thank goodness this location exisits and is helpful. We had a booking at the main location on century. We received the confirmation call and discussed it with an agent. When we arrived the day of our move we were told the booking was cancelled. What a joke. what is the purpose of a reservation if it isnt held. This is the second move we have had go bad with uhaul. I really will consider looking elsewhere before renting again from uhaul.

False Charges, No gas in truck, charged me for full gas
Shams HClean the trucks and try not to scam people when they deny the insurance, you will add it back on and then tell people you cannot remove it.
