The truck cargo area was not clean when we picked up the rental - there were leaves and dirty that needed to be swept out before we could load the truck. I was charged for 6 litres of fuel despite returning the truvk with the fuel gauge at exactly the same mark as when we picked it up. I have photos showing the odometer and fuel guage at pickup and dropoff.

OLANIYI AI am extremely disappointed with this location. Unfortunately, we were provided a UHaul that experienced significant mechanical problems. Part way through our trip, we stopped at the UHaul mechanic shop in Edmonton where we were told that the UHaul should never have been put on the road in the condition in which it was provided to us. I will be connecting with UHaul because we were put in an unnecessarily unsafe situation.
Nicole DThe person who attended to me was efficient, however the truck was not good. The brakes took long to stop so you have to start applying it long before you want to stop. The truck also showed service tire warning sign. Overall the truck needs proper maintenance or it should be phased out.
