Maybe when a customer comes in a books an appointment and you say everything is ready to go and my appointment is booked you would honour that. I came in on Friday afternoon around 430pm and booked a 15 foot truck. They seemed very preoccupied and talking to eachother, between serving me in another language, but they took down my number and told me to come the next day with credit card and ID. I made a purchase of wrapping paper while I was there which you can cross reference. When I showed up the next day, the guy at the front said there was no booking and I had to settle for the 10 foot truck and do multiple trips. Apparently you guys can’t give me a discount for your mess up? I didn’t finish moving until 3am on Saturday because I had to make multiple trips. Never coming to this U-Haul again and wish you guys had more competitors because I’d go to them based on this experience
