The front desk was very friendly and accommodating, no complaints there. The truck was long past its service date and was dirty, gas tank was 1/3 empty so could not judge refill and warning light re tire service came on so could not read mileage. I used the truck to haul garbage to the dump so that was ok but would not want to put furniture in it,

No effort made by U-Haul dealer to clean the inside of cab. No copy of initial contract was given to me at beginning of rental!! The employee handling the gasoline sales was trying to handle my transaction , lots of interruption. Poor service
