I would make sure there’s a proper inspection sticker on the trailer and I would do a walkabout with the customer when I was there. I just saw one guy dropped the trailer off dropped it on the ground really hard and then I was the one that had to use that trailer, no one did a walk around with me. They only took a picture of the hitch and made sure I had it hooked up correctly, but overall, the staff was very friendly.
Vance EI keep getting ripped off by these sleezy fuckers for my $20 deposit. I specifically ask about it and they lie about it. They say it will be credited to the card on file and it never shows up. I am reporting this to the police because this is employee theft. They are pocketing the money.
