Location was fine. Transaction was super quick, which makes me much more inclined to not own a trailer (and have to maintain and insure it) and instead spend several hundred bucks a year on you guys the odd time I need one. Your app is difficult to use though. I had to re-enter my info several times and I don't seem to have trouble like that with others apps, even though I'm sure somehow it was my own fault. Trailer was a little dirty but I didn't care. But the app seemed to want to know if I thought it was clean, maybe putting my on the hook for returning it in precisely the same condition.

Isaac GWhen I booked online, I specifically requested a 2-inch ball hitch. Not only was this item not provided at pickup, but I received no communication whatsoever about the missing equipment — no call, no email, nothing. Additionally, I was charged $500 for a single one-way day rental, which I find excessive and difficult to justify given that my order was not fulfilled as requested. I am requesting a review of my rental and a partial refund to reflect the missing equipment and the inconvenience caused. I would appreciate a timely response.
John ZI've been renting trailers from this location for nearly 7 years. The last 2 times I went to this location the same employee has given me a hard time renting the trailer with the information I gave. The customer service level was poor at best. Attitude was terrible. For some reason uhaul has begun asking for a secondary contact information of someone else that has nothing to do with the rental which I will not be giving out someone else's name and phone number for a rental arrangement I have with your company that has nothing to do with anyone else.
