It had less fuel than was marked in the contract, There was garbage behind the passenger seat, The dash had dirt and grime from drinks and an old bandaid stuck in the cup holder, There was a squeaking noise coming from the engine (like a slipping belt or pulley), And the box of the truck had drywall dust and chunks as though it had been used for hauling demolition debris and not swept. This is a first from uhaul for me, I won't go to that location again.

The lady helping me check out the equipment was continually interrupted to check out other customers buying covering convenience store items.
Solomon MLuckily the staff at pick up location was nice. The latch on back door wouldn’t work unless we used full force. Also, the engine light was on and motor was really loud. The side mirrors were not adjustable and it was difficult to see.
Rachelle RLocation was fine. Transaction was super quick, which makes me much more inclined to not own a trailer (and have to maintain and insure it) and instead spend several hundred bucks a year on you guys the odd time I need one. Your app is difficult to use though. I had to re-enter my info several times and I don't seem to have trouble like that with others apps, even though I'm sure somehow it was my own fault. Trailer was a little dirty but I didn't care. But the app seemed to want to know if I thought it was clean, maybe putting my on the hook for returning it in precisely the same condition.
