Allison P.Very poor customer service. Also cost me extra days because nothing was explained to me and all that was said was here are the keys and the truck is over there. Also took customers that were behind me in line ahead of me as U-Haul was their second business and their customers come first. Also phoned to get the second days charges reversed and was treated horrible as well. Absolute horrible experience and would never want to use U-Haul again unless I was absolutely desperate
