The individual in the main office was unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I asked for a printed receipt of drop-off confirmation - which I didn't get. He told me to go to the back lot where someone would help. After waiting for ~10 minutes with no assistance my friend walked to the main office to inquire as to why nobody was there to help. Once again he was annoyed that she was interfering with his lunch. When the employee in the back lot appeared he asked me to back the tow dolly up. When I told him that I would not he got combative. He finally unhitched the tow dolly and dragged it into a grassy area. I would not again ever return any equipment to this location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck was old. The people running the store didn’t seem to know what they were doing and were completely unhelpful. No dollies. Mobile check-in still took 25 minutes even though I was the only U-Haul customer. U-Haul seemed more like a side hustle; they are running the operation at a junk store.
Lindsay MThey changed my location because they said that the location I’ve originally booked did not have the equipment that I need. So when I arrived to pick up my equipment, my appliance deli and utility dolly and other item was not available. Only thing available was my truck so I tried to call the customer service. The lady who answered the phone said that’s why we encourage you to have a back up plan. I completely understand the shortage, but communication and the way the call was handled was not professional at all.
