Couldn’t even use the U-Haul like I needed for my move due to it shutting down during the process of me getting furniture into the truck and moving it to another location. Had to get a family member to jump the truck. The location I picked up from did not have all the equipment I needed and requested for the move and had to charge my card more than once due to the assistant giving me the wrong truck for my move. It was a very dissatisfying experience and honestly won’t be back.
