Front office lady was rude and her attitude was not warranted, from the minute my son and I entered the door. I ordered two Dollie’s which were not there and she didn’t offer any suggestions or anything. She just handed me the key and started talking to the customer behind me! I reserved it online and the price was increased by $200 and she was snappy giving an explanation.
