It was a great location. But when I went to pick up the truck, the 2 rental utility dolly’s that I purchased were not in it.

They accepted the trailer i was transporting on behalf of UHAUL but did not know how to correct the billing error...
Ian SU-Haul presence at this location is an afterthought. Terrible signage- no signs to inform after-hour customers where the office is located nor where to drop-off key. Lockbox picture is useless since there is none!! Phone call to storage facility customer service was a waist of time since they didn’t have any information about the U-Haul business.
MARK SCouldn’t even use the U-Haul like I needed for my move due to it shutting down during the process of me getting furniture into the truck and moving it to another location. Had to get a family member to jump the truck. The location I picked up from did not have all the equipment I needed and requested for the move and had to charge my card more than once due to the assistant giving me the wrong truck for my move. It was a very dissatisfying experience and honestly won’t be back.
