They were closed. We looked for a "red box" for keys, which is what they told us on the phone. We had to drop the keys in the door slot, because that is all we could find. There was a sticker that said U-Haul key drop on the door.
Lynn KThe furniture pads were dirty and greasy. The staff was short and not helpful.
GIGI KFront office lady was rude and her attitude was not warranted, from the minute my son and I entered the door. I ordered two Dollie’s which were not there and she didn’t offer any suggestions or anything. She just handed me the key and started talking to the customer behind me! I reserved it online and the price was increased by $200 and she was snappy giving an explanation.
