The pickup location was challenging from the perspective of being informed the location changed, but not that the location was not mobile accessible. Hours were different and had to wait for the office to open.
Daniel JMy pick up time was 7:00 AM. I never received a text or email to explain the pick up process or instructions on how to get the key to the truck. That delayed the process. While someone did call, it was only then that I found out that there was a video to watch on how to get the keys. Then, when I followed the instructions in the YouTube video, it still didn’t work, and the online reservation wasn’t in my name. I had to wait until 9:00 AM, but was finally able to see a live person, sign the contract, and get my truck. Moving is already hard enough, and this experience made it even more arduous than it should have been.
Claude VThe inside cab of the vehicle was very dirty. I was double charged for use of the dolly. The lock was really difficult to get on and off of the truck. The app messed up when I was checking out the vehicle and didn’t allow me to take before pictures of the outside.
LYNDSIE SYall trying to double charge me and I took the truck back earlier! And put the gas hand back
