This is a very specific observation. I have rented several U-Haul vehicle movers, and usually the webbing of the ratchet strap that ties down the vehicle to the trailer goes completely around the front 2 tires, hugging the wheel on either side. On the trailer I rented, these straps just went up and over the tire, and didn't surround the tire. This trailer had a strap that only goes down the center of the tire. I strapped down the tire as tight as I could when I initially loaded the vehicle, but 1 strap did slide off from 1 of the tires while I was towing the trailer. The old style webbing might have gotten loose, but it wouldn't have completely fallen off as this new style webbing did. I think the OLD style webbing is much safer.

I took a picture of the fuel; it was less than a quarter full. I returned it just as I found it, and now they're charging me for gas. It's not fair.

MARC RHalf of the furniture pads i rented were infested with rodent waste. Contaminated some of my personal belongings. Will not recommend renting from this location again.
