I have an unexplained charge, I made my reservation at the Waterbury location and I was not happy with going to that wolcott location. If I had a choice I would have cancelled my reservation. The pickup was discussing inside and out. The cab of the pickup smelled like a dog or goat barn. This person claimed that I was on some list and owed money to U-Haul , I dealt with this place a long time ago, and unfortunately I had to have the pickup or I would have never ever have gone to that location. Very disappointed with the service

Bill is not accurate charge 3 days went I use the equipment for two days, I have e video of the date and time of the return. These people take advantage of the system
