The $ & ordering online was the best comparably & easy, but when I picked up the truck at the Wolcott Rd, Waterbury CT location & got home, there was "NO" dolly in the back as per my "PAYED" order. I called & was told RIGHT THEN " Oh, I didn't have any available. You can pick another one up everywhere." It was 5:30pm at night & I was suppose to move early the next AM! Also, the Waterbury location told me that he couldn't reach me with the phone # supplied. The area code was incorrect & I corrected it right then. Worrying about the 2 movers I payed for , I called again. The Waterbury location stated "I don't know anything about your arrangement with U-Haul, call them. Spent the next 4 hours trying to do that, to NO avail & NO MOVERS called or showed. I was screwed & delayed for the closing of my house. $$$$ I also supplied my email & could have been contacted throw that, of course. What about all the $ I paid. NO dolly, no movers, nothing but disaster! I hear nothing from U-Haul????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? AND I STILL HAVE TO MOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
