I will not rent a trailer from this place again and will not recommend their services to my friends. The trailer was not properly equipped — two center heavy-duty D-rings were missing on both sides, which made it impossible for me to properly secure my load. When I filled out the paperwork on the day I picked up the trailer, they charged me for two days, even though I clearly indicated that I was renting it for one day. The representative told me they would recalculate the amount after I returned the trailer. I rent trailers very often and have never encountered this practice elsewhere — U-Haul usually charge only for the actual rental period.

I was very well taken care of, and the staff was very helpful. I didn't have the trailer open, but they suggested an exchange for a closed trailer, which for me worked better than I expected. The drop-off was also smooth and fast. I highly recommend it. I'll be back again .

Jeffrey ROur original reservation was very nearby to us, so having to drive 30+min to get our reserved truck was inconvenient. We hit awful traffic & we lost a lot of time we really needed to move our belongings, not to mention the extra gas it took. HOWEVER, UHaul gave us an extra day at no charge & that gave us the opportunity to do even more that we otherwise could have. It worked in our favor & we were extremely grateful!
