Had a tire failure on interstate which I resolved using my own spare. At Bartley Trailer they quickly removed my tire in a very efficient manner and I was on my way.

This location was convenient. The staff member was very helpful, efficient and friendly. The trailer seemed like an older model, but was cleaning and functioning properly. As for improvements.. have better tie down points inside the trailer.

Dale CI will not rent a trailer from this place again and will not recommend their services to my friends. The trailer was not properly equipped — two center heavy-duty D-rings were missing on both sides, which made it impossible for me to properly secure my load. When I filled out the paperwork on the day I picked up the trailer, they charged me for two days, even though I clearly indicated that I was renting it for one day. The representative told me they would recalculate the amount after I returned the trailer. I rent trailers very often and have never encountered this practice elsewhere — U-Haul usually charge only for the actual rental period.
