Poor internet service. Took more than 45 minutes to get the rental. Told by the lady we can’t park my car near pick up office and told us when we pick up the rental from different location has more space and suggested me to leave my car there. 2 hrs later she starts calling and tells me to move my car or she will have it tow. Have to leave my work half way to run to drop off rental and move my car and she kept insisting she never told me this info.
