the location was great. the mobile pick up easy truck was clean and great to drive. was a disappointment to learn that 10ft trucks do not come with a ramp not this locations fault after talking to support seems to be the uhaul policy. i don’t understand how this can even be possible when there’s an attachment and you’re also renting out a box truck. great experience otherwise but this was a very inconvenient setback for my family to have to figure out a solution to.

Make sure the truck is operational. The fuel line had been cut! Made it about 10 miles, got gas and wasted $50 of gas. Ended up waiting for hours to get help. Finally asked for truck to be towed back to location. Location: Don't park your trucks against hwy 99, right off the freeway. Makes them easy target. I want my money back. This was a horrible experience!
Regina SWe got there and they were closed, we left the truck and trailer and was able to use the code on the door for the return of the truck. But unable to get the system to work for the trailer. I then called 1800gouhaul and got hung up on and never got through to anyone. I am now very concerned that the trailer could be stolen. I'm very disappointed in the lady who was on the phone, as she told me if we got disconnected she would call back and never had.

KAREN SOVERALL it went well. The employees where very pleasant and helpful. There was some confusion about what I thought was and wasn't included when scheduling the truck but this was (I think) due to using the website. For example I thought I had ordered a picture box but the location did not have them. This was one of several things. Also the hours were a bit to work around but the pleasantness of the employees more than made up for that and I made it work with my crew. Overall no problems and would definitely use same "pickup" location again.
