I can not thank Ritch and his team enough for their help this time. I had to move my mom out of a house of 36 years had to keep truck longer and they were very understanding. Again thank you. I will see you again soon

OVERALL it went well. The employees where very pleasant and helpful. There was some confusion about what I thought was and wasn't included when scheduling the truck but this was (I think) due to using the website. For example I thought I had ordered a picture box but the location did not have them. This was one of several things. Also the hours were a bit to work around but the pleasantness of the employees more than made up for that and I made it work with my crew. Overall no problems and would definitely use same "pickup" location again.
GUY RQuick and eager to help, transition was smooth and easy.
Tony CThis location is not open on weekends. The young lady that i spoke to on friday was quite plesant. However, she was not available on Saturday. I am not a fan of the app. It crashed 3 times while trying to pickup the truck
TIMOTHY STruck was not clean in the back, had barkdust scattered on the floor. Drivers door sags and is difficult to close.
