Make it easier to locate the key. I had to call the uhaul twice cuz the first time I got disconnected after waiting on hold for 10 minutes. Then of course the system was slow. Had to exit/enter the app 3-4 times for it to finally register i was picking up a truck. Which mind you i had already done several weeks in advance, but had to do again cuz for some reason it didn't accept it the first time. Then once the rep found my reservation, I had to go thru all these steps just to locate the Key!! It took an extra hour to do. It would also be nice if we got credit for returning the truck with more gas than what we started with. It cost me $270 to fill it twice! Plus was charged $1.59 per mile and drove under the estimated mileage and didn't get reimbursed for that! Plus the daily rate!! Then they had they audacity to charge me an extra day just because I was a few hours late. When the site to reserve it doesn't give you the option to return it at any specific time after 24 hours, it just goes to days. I didn't need it for another day!! The truck seemed old and out dated. The only good thing was it was clean.

Damien Mthe location was great. the mobile pick up easy truck was clean and great to drive. was a disappointment to learn that 10ft trucks do not come with a ramp not this locations fault after talking to support seems to be the uhaul policy. i don’t understand how this can even be possible when there’s an attachment and you’re also renting out a box truck. great experience otherwise but this was a very inconvenient setback for my family to have to figure out a solution to.
Laurie SMake sure the truck is operational. The fuel line had been cut! Made it about 10 miles, got gas and wasted $50 of gas. Ended up waiting for hours to get help. Finally asked for truck to be towed back to location. Location: Don't park your trucks against hwy 99, right off the freeway. Makes them easy target. I want my money back. This was a horrible experience!
Regina SWe got there and they were closed, we left the truck and trailer and was able to use the code on the door for the return of the truck. But unable to get the system to work for the trailer. I then called 1800gouhaul and got hung up on and never got through to anyone. I am now very concerned that the trailer could be stolen. I'm very disappointed in the lady who was on the phone, as she told me if we got disconnected she would call back and never had.
